Step out on the balcony, walk down the stairs, go to the end of Money Island Drive (150ft), turn right on Glenn Street and go another 50' and the state beach access is right there. The beach is wide and inviting, with white sand and teal water that evokes scenes from the Caribbean. You can see the water from the full balcony that runs across the front of the house. Utilities are included.
