Parking is available on the driveway and plenty of parking is also available on the street. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to undergo special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. For any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $170 will be charged.
