Inside, enjoy high-end finishes including tiled floors, marble bathrooms with smart toilets and rain showers, and a chef’s kitchen with quartz countertops, a wine fridge, and seating at the breakfast bar. The master suite boasts a private bath, and the open living area features a gas fireplace and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. With in-unit laundry and an abundance of natural light, this spacious home offers both elegance and practicality for your Boston stay. Parking is available on the driveway and plenty of parking is also available on the street. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to undergo special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. For any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $170 will be charged. A Pack n' Play and High Chair is available upon request for $10 per night. The Neponset - Port Norfolk neighborhood is located in the Dorchester area of Boston, Massachusetts. Situated along the Neponset River, it is known for its waterfront views and access to recreational activities. The neighborhood features a mix of residential, commercial, and industrial areas, with a focus on waterfront development and conservation efforts. Port Norfolk, in particular, is a historic waterfront community within the larger Neponset neighborhood. 31 Train Street is 0.5 mile from the Red Line at the Shawmut stop. We value your privacy through self check-in and check-out and an extensive Welcome Packet and Neighborhood Guide delivered electronically and in each unit. There is a $100 lockout fee. Be respectful of the neighbors and neighborhood. This is a great place for large families or groups, but not the place for loud or rowdy parties.
