Check-out time is 10 am, and a $50 fine will be applied for late check-out. Guests are required to remove shoes when inside the home. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. A $100 pet fee will be applied once pets are approved, and guests who bring pets without approval will be charged a $300 fee and immediately evicted. No events or vendors are allowed on the property.
