Downtown Calgary is about 27 km away, making city life easily accessible. Nearby communities include Cranston, Chaparral, Acadia and Maple Ridge. Fish Creek Provincial Park, the Bow River Valley, and Sikome Lake are also nearby. Downtown is just a 20–25 minute drive. Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking or illegal substances are prohibited inside the house and will result in a $500 fee with extra cleaning fees. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Any damages caused to furniture or linens may be subject to charges for replacements. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, but they are not allowed on the furniture, should not be left unattended, and pet waste must be picked up. Not following the pet policy rules will result in a $500 fine. There is one camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior and records image and sound 24/7.
