A City Bike station is 200 meters away, and there are plenty of restaurants right on the corner. Smoking inside or outside of the apartment will result in a fine of $500. Pets are not allowed. Luggage storage is not available, so please use a service like to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. The apartment is available for a minimum of 30-night rentals only, and all discounts are already included in the price. All guests must respect quiet hours ranging from 10 pm to 7 am. The apartment must be used for vacation purposes only, with no commercial use. If the electric bill exceeds the average monthly bill of $100, the guest will be billed for overage. You cannot receive mail at this address, so please consider opening a PO Box. Check-out time is 11:00 AM, and guests will be responsible for excessive cleaning charges at the owner's discretion. Kindly note that a $350 refundable security deposit is required and will be collected directly by the partner after your booking is confirmed. The security deposit will be handled through direct communication with the partner and is not processed automatically.
