We also provide all the bed linen and towels, as well as an iron and a hair dryer. The apartment features a good-sized marble bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. Parking is available on the street and is free. However, there is alternate side parking most days, so make sure to read all signs to avoid getting a ticket. Located in the Upper East Side, this apartment is surrounded by the trappings of wealth, posh buildings, and Madison Avenue's flagship boutiques. It's a key destination for visitors, with some of the most fantastic museums in the country nearby. The apartment is just 2 minutes from the Q train line at 72nd Street subway station and 8 minutes from the 6 train line at 77th Street subway station. A City Bike station is 200 meters away, and there are plenty of restaurants right on the corner. Smoking inside or outside of the apartment will result in a fine of $500. Pets are not allowed. Luggage storage is not available, so please use a service like to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. The apartment is available for a minimum of 30-night rentals only, and all discounts are already included in the price. All guests must respect quiet hours ranging from 10 pm to 7 am. The apartment must be used for vacation purposes only, with no commercial use. If the electric bill exceeds the average monthly bill of $100, the guest will be billed for overage. You cannot receive mail at this address, so please consider opening a PO Box. Check-out time is 11:00 AM, and guests will be responsible for excessive cleaning charges at the owner's discretion. Kindly note that a $350 refundable security deposit is required and will be collected directly by the partner after your booking is confirmed. The security deposit will be handled through direct communication with the partner and is not processed automatically.
