Welcome to Dozing on Dog River, a cozy cottage where you'll feel at home! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps up to 10. This home features multiple outdoor seating areas, a spacious front porch, a fully equipped kitchen, an oversized TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The living room includes a queen sleeper-sofa, a large TV, and extra chairs. The dining room seats six and overlooks both the kitchen and the living room. The spacious kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, and a bistro table with two chairs overlooking the backyard. The first bedroom on the main level features a queen bed and ample closet space. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and access to the patio and backyard. There is a fireplace in the bedroom, however, it is not operational. Downstairs, which is accessible via steep steps with a set of bells on the door for safety, there are four twin beds and ample space for blow-up mattresses. The backyard offers multiple outdoor spaces, including a private patio off the second bedroom and a larger patio area off the basement. This is a pet-friendly home with a fee. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Nestled in a quiet, rural area of Mobile, just off Dog River, this home is less than 10 minutes away from local favorites like McNally Park, The River Shack, and Grand Mariner, making it a peaceful yet convenient stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with our prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. As this house is on the river, sometimes we get water in the basement during torrential rainstorms. We are actively working on a solution.
