There is also a washer and dryer, and a kitchen with cookware, tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, and an iron and ironing board. Free parking is available. A travel crib (for babies 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night; please book in advance. Small and middle-size pets are allowed in the apartment for a fee of $10 per pet per night; please confirm the opportunity prior to booking. This unit has a unique location with direct indoor access to 2 subway lines from the building. It is in a prime shopping area with entertainment facilities, bars, and restaurants. There is also a big supermarket in the building, and it is a 15-20 subway ride to downtown attractions. The minimum age for booking is 18 years. Check-in is after 3PM, and check-out is before 11AM. Late check-out may be possible if you notify us well in advance. According to the condo rules, we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, including every guest's name and ID details, and vehicle and license plate numbers (if you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we discover the smell of any type of smoke, the trusted partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fees. If the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation, the trusted partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund. Guests have access to a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, sauna, indoor hot tub, steam room, and gym in the building. Persons under the age of 16 are not allowed in the fitness center. The property is a residential condominium and not a hotel. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation.
