Located in the heart of the Deer District, this apartment is just one block from Fiserv Forum and two blocks from Baird Center. It's also walkable to Pabst Theater, Marcus Performing Arts Center, 3rd St. Market Hall, and countless restaurants and bars. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, and a $150 fine will be assessed with additional fees for remediation may apply. Quiet time is after 10pm.
