Covered parking is available at ground level; if you're arriving in a tall vehicle, check clearance in advance or use the open guest spaces. The island is remote, so plan to stock up on groceries before you arrive. Marble Falls is a short drive away, and Fredericksburg and wine country are within reach. No parties or events are allowed in the condo. This is a non-smoking property throughout. The approach road to the island is steep, winding, and dark at night, so drive slowly on arrival. Lake Travis is not a constant-level lake and rises and falls with rainfall and season. During lower-water periods, on-site swimming is best enjoyed at the pools rather than the lake itself.
