Enjoy meals at the elegant dining table or the cozy bar seating. The luxury of two separate living spaces is perfect for larger groups or families needing extra room to relax and unwind. Free parking is available in the garage and driveway, fitting up to four cars. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is wood burning, and for safety reasons, wood is not provided and use is only allowed with prior written approval. Body towels are provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels. A laptop computer is not included in the home office set-up. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, ensuring a seamless remote work-friendly environment.
