Enjoy meals at the elegant dining table or the cozy bar seating. Relax in two separate living spaces, perfect for larger groups or families needing extra room to unwind. Each thoughtfully designed bedroom offers soft linens, stylish décor, and a peaceful ambiance for a great night’s sleep. Free parking is available in the garage and driveway, accommodating up to four cars. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor reasonable noise levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. The fireplace is wood-burning, and guests are asked to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. Body towels are provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels. Self-check-in is available, with detailed instructions provided one day before arrival.
