Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is wood burning, and for safety reasons, wood is not provided and use is only allowed with prior written approval. Body towels are provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels. A laptop computer is not included in the home office set-up. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, ensuring a seamless remote work-friendly environment.
