A $250 cleaning fee may be assessed if the hot tub requires draining and refilling due to trash, food, vomit, or other debris. Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. If you’d like to have additional visitors, contact the host for approval. Please be mindful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels reasonable, especially during quiet hours. Do not rearrange the furniture or decor. Notify us immediately if anything breaks or is damaged during your stay. Illegal substances, activities, or firearms are strictly prohibited on the property.
