Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if the property is equipped with a grill, and charcoal if it's a charcoal grill, and will be reimbursed for propane receipts. Located on the Western Reservoir, this home provides a perfect year-round getaway, whether for summer lake activities or a cozy winter escape. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is permitted. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, along with additional cleaning and damage fees. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Confetti, glitter, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are prohibited. Guests are asked to remove shoes indoors. The hot tub receives professional service and maintenance every Tuesday.
