Guests agree and acknowledge that Windsor Island Resort will have areas of ongoing construction. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway parked side by side, and up to 1 vehicle on the street in front of the property. The garage has been converted into a game room, therefore, indoor parking is not available. Guests must provide a list of first and last names of all guests ages 18 and older, and the individual who booked the reservation must be present to show their ID when checking in with the security guard at the community entrance. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options for a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more.
