Optional valet parking is available for $75 per day, including in and out privileges. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 plus tax. Unauthorized late check-out will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Downtown Miami is a vibrant urban core characterized by towering skyscrapers, bustling streets, and a diverse cultural scene. From the iconic skyline along Biscayne Bay to historic neighborhoods like Brickell and Overtown, Downtown Miami offers a dynamic mix of residential, commercial, and entertainment options. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Check-in is after 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee equal to 50% of the daily rate. A laptop computer is not included.
