Optional valet parking is available for $75.00 per day, which includes in and out privileges. Pets are welcome at a $150+tax nonrefundable fee. The apartment is centrally located in Downtown Miami. Parties or noisy gatherings are not allowed under any circumstances. Smoking is prohibited in the unit, and a fine of $500 will be applied for smoking or parties that were not pre-approved in writing. Unauthorized late check-out will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. The building charges a daily resort fee at the entrance.
