This apartment is pet-friendly with a fee of $150 plus tax. You’re in one of the most walkable areas of Miami, steps from Kaseya Center, Bayside, Bayfront Park, and the waterfront. Bayfront Park and the marina are a quick stroll away, and Bayside Marketplace is super close and convenient. Take the free Metromover nearby to explore Brickell without needing a car. For beach days or exploring Wynwood or Midtown, it’s a quick ride, usually 10–15 minutes. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances.
