Take the free Metromover nearby to explore Brickell. For beach days or exploring Wynwood or Midtown, it’s a quick 10–15 minute ride. Parties, events, gatherings, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited, and any disturbance may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking, vaping, marijuana, or illegal drug use is strictly prohibited inside the unit and building, and evidence of violation may result in a minimum $500 remediation fee, plus any additional cleaning or damage costs. Hair dyeing, bleaching, or use of staining substances is prohibited inside the unit, and any resulting damage will be charged to the guest. Dogs and cats only are allowed, with prior written approval, a maximum of one pet per unit, and a maximum weight of 75 lbs. Guests are responsible for pet waste, damages, odors, and disturbances.
