Furnishings are not to be moved or rearranged and are subject to change without notice. All reservations include sheets, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, dishtowels and bathmats. Your beds will be made and towels set out in the bedrooms. Crib sheets and beach towels are not supplied. Guests towing a boat in DeBordieu Colony must obtain a temporary boat decal and pay seasonal fees: $200 per week, $100 for 72 hours, or $50 for 24 hours during the summer; and $100 per week during the fall and spring. For DeBordieu Colony, golf carts must be battery/electric powered and have no more than 3 bench seats. Operators must be at least 16 years of age, have a valid driver's license and obey all South Carolina traffic regulations. Operation is limited to daylight hours. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is before 10:00 a.m. A $500 fee will be charged for violations of the non-smoking policy. If a pet is discovered on a property not designated as pet friendly, the rental will be terminated immediately, no refund will be given and there will be a minimum charge of $500 for carpet cleaning and flea control. The tenant is responsible for any and all pet damages. Should a houseparty occupy this home, the rental will terminate immediately without a refund.
