The villa is an hour from Charleston and 45 minutes from Myrtle Beach. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book this property. The maximum number of cars allowed is 2 and 1 golf cart. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the vacation rental property. RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony. If a pet is discovered on the property without notification, the rental will be terminated immediately, no refund will be given, and there will be a minimum charge of $500 for carpet cleaning and flea control.
