This is a pet-friendly property with a pet fee of $350. Beach gear rentals are available, and guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a credit of $35 a day to use towards rentals such as bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, and beach carts. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day, giving you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club and dining. These costs do not cover individual amenity fees. The villa is an hour from Charleston and 45 minutes from Myrtle Beach. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book this property. The maximum number of cars allowed is 2 and 1 golf cart. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the vacation rental property. RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony. If a pet is discovered on the property without notification, the rental will be terminated immediately, no refund will be given, and there will be a minimum charge of $500 for carpet cleaning and flea control.
