No parties or events are allowed unless explicitly granted privilege in writing. Unauthorized events or parties will incur an initial fee of $500 for the violation, plus any additional expenses incurred to clean/remedy the property. You may be ordered to vacate the property immediately if a violation of the event/party policy is discovered, and in this event, no refund will be provided. No smoking inside the house. The hot tub cover is only to be removed when in use, and must be covered at all other times when not in use. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM.
