It is common during the weekdays and daytime hours that the nearby military base is doing fighter jet trainings above the lake, and will be noticeably loud noise when they go directly overhead. No parties or events are allowed unless explicitly granted privilege in writing. Unauthorized events or parties will incur an initial fee of $500 for the violation, plus any additional expenses incurred to clean/remedy the property. You may be ordered to vacate the property immediately if a violation of the event/party policy is discovered, and in this event, no refund will be provided. No smoking inside the house. The hot tub cover is only to be removed when in use, and must be covered at all other times when not in use. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Self-check-in is available with a smart lock. Guests may be required to verify that the named reservation holder is one of the occupants staying in the rental. Booked guest count must be accurate, and the property reserves the right to require correction, withhold access, or cancel the reservation if guests arrive with an excess guest count.
