You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Located 7 minutes from downtown Detroit, you will be spoilt for choices of where to eat or shop. Overlooking Peck Park, the neighborhood has all the advantages of city living while being tucked away in a quiet part of town. Wayne State University, College for Creative Studies, Detroit Main Public Library, the Detroit Institute of Arts, the Detroit Science Center, and the Detroit Medical Center are all within walking distance, while downtown is just minutes away. The nearest bus stop is located just a few blocks away, and there are several routes that run through the area. The neighborhood is relatively walkable and bike-friendly, and there are bike lanes on some of the major streets.
