The home has four bedrooms upstairs and bunk beds in the game room, along with a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer. This property is pet-friendly with a small fee and offers a dog wash station. A fee of $90 per dog is required prior to your stay, with a maximum of three dogs allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur a fine of $400. Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums. You can walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
