Plus, you’ll have a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer to keep things fresh. Parking is a breeze with tandem driveway space for 2-3 cars. There are two other cottages on the property and the laundry facilities are shared with these and an additional property. Although we provide self-check-in for a completely contactless experience, we are available to help answer any questions prior to and during your stay. We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive check-in info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign. It can all be done online. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. San Diego vacation homes are in jeopardy, so please follow these house rules to help preserve our property rights, avoid fines from police, and avoid fines from management. If any of the strict rules are violated, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund and immediate eviction may occur. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. Children and infants are considered occupants. No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property. The fine is $500. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout.
