Inside, enjoy a bright and spacious open-concept living area with pool views and a 65-inch Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dinnerware, and a refrigerator with a freezer. Entertainment is provided by Smart TVs throughout the home. Guests have complimentary access to Storey Lake Resort's amenities, including a water park, lazy river, waterslides, mini golf, a fitness center, and a tiki bar. Kayak rentals are available for an additional fee. Pet-friendly stays are welcome for up to two dogs with prior approval and a $175 pet fee. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles, and RVs, campers, trailers, and commercial vehicles are not permitted. Pool heating is available for $40 per day and must be requested before arrival for the entire duration of your stay. A pack 'n play, high chair, and stroller are included. It's a quick 9-minute drive to Walt Disney World (5.3 miles), a 25-minute drive to Universal Studios (18 miles), and a 25-minute drive to Orlando Premium Outlets (18 miles). Tree Trek Adventures is directly across the resort, and premier golf courses like Mystic Dunes Golf Club (3 miles), Championsgate Country Club (8 miles), and Celebration Golf Club (8 miles) are also nearby. No smoking is permitted on the property, including all decks, porches, and steps. Tampering with smoke detectors incurs a $1,000 fine. Lost keys have a $500 replacement fee. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. Excessive cleaning after check-out will result in an extra cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for damages and must select either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for purchase.
