This spacious home offers comfortable king-size rooms and is ideal for creating magical memories. This townhouse features 3 full bathrooms, with 1 shower/tub combo and 2 walk-in showers. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, and is stocked with essentials like utensils and cookware. Relax in the dining area with seating for 9 plus bar seating, or enjoy movie nights on the 65" Smart TV. The private screened-in pool offers a relaxing outdoor space with seating and dining, and a BBQ grill is available for guest use (propane not included). Enjoy access to the resort's amenities, including a thrilling water slide, lazy river, mini golf, kayak rentals (fees may apply), a tiki bar, ice cream shop, and a fully equipped fitness center. For families, a high chair, pack-n-play, stroller, and kids' dinnerware are available. Pool heat is available for $35 per day, and guests provide their own propane for the BBQ grill. It's only 5.3 miles to Walt Disney World, 18 miles to Universal Studios and Orlando Premium Outlets, and 27 miles to Orlando International Airport. The resort is also conveniently close to premier golf courses like Mystic Dunes Golf Club (3 miles) and Championsgate Country Club (8 miles). No smoking is permitted on the property. Parties and events are prohibited, and only registered guests are allowed. Tampering with smoke detectors will result in a $1,000 fine. Lost keys have a $500 replacement fee. Excessive cleaning after check-out will result in an extra cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for damages. Check-in is after the specified time, and check-out is before the specified time. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional purchase. If a repair technician is called due to a unit malfunction caused by guest oversight, neglect, or misuse, guests agree to cover the repair costs. Guests agree to follow quiet hours and that there are fees for noise disruptions, with possible removal from the property. Parties, events, and other gatherings are prohibited. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the entire property and unit, including all decks, porches, and steps. Guests agree to pay a fine for odor removal if smoking occurs in the apartment, hallways, common areas, or if cigarette butts are found on the premises. Marijuana and tobacco sensors are installed in apartments to assist in enforcing this regulation. No consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted by individuals under the legal age of twenty-one (21). Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited for all individuals. Occupancy and activities on the premises must not disturb or inconvenience neighbors in any way. The company reserves the right to terminate the reservation and require guests to leave the premises immediately, forfeiting all reservation fees. No refunds will be provided. No events, including weddings, are permitted on the premises. Guests are obligated to adhere to maximum occupancy limits. All guests must be listed on the reservation, including children aged one year and older. Rollaway beds, inflatable mattresses, and sleeping bags are not permitted. Visitors must be accompanied by the guest at all times. The guest is responsible and liable for the actions of all visitors. Children of all ages are welcome. Guests are responsible for the actions of all minors who accompany them on the premises. Packages will not be accepted and no mail deliveries can be sent to the address. Guests are not permitted to carry firearms or weapons on the property. In the case of an emergency, call 911 immediately. Guests are solely responsible for any items left behind.
