Violations may result in penalties, eviction, and/or charges to the card on file. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests must sign building rules and take a picture upon check-in. Noise must not cause a nuisance at any time, and quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Shirts and/or cover-ups, along with footwear, are required in all common areas. Please refrain from smoking indoors.
