If you do not feel like cooking, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The villa is in a gated community with its own marina, fishing pier, and boat ramp (for renters of boat slips). Just a short walk from the villa, you will find the community pool. Underneath the villa, there is more than enough room to park your cars and trailer. Bring your own boat (docks are available for rent, and we can accommodate boats up to 26ft) and enjoy the Homosassa Springs, where the manatees live during the winter, or go up the Homosassa River to the Gulf of Mexico for scalloping during scallop season. The dolphins are out all year round. The nature coast area is also known for great fishing experiences. For golfers, there are more than enough golf courses in the area, among them the just reopened Cabot Farms golf courses (formerly known as World Woods). If you are with more guests, please do not park the cars on the grass next to the villa (or another villa). This is a villa on stilts, you can park cars and trailers underneath the villa.
