Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of guests must be provided upon booking. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted for parking, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, with a $500 fine for violation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, with a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, but outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors, with a $500 fine for violation. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. The property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video, and there is a $1000 fine for unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus. Host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and provide other maintenance services during the guest's reservation.
