Guests have access to the community pool, and the property is just a short walk from the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, and kayaks are available for rent, and grocery delivery can be arranged. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day, providing access to community pools, dining, tennis, and a golf course. Vehicle gate passes are required and cost $20 per vehicle, with a maximum of 3 vehicles allowed. DeBordieu Colony is a private oceanfront gated community located near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, situated between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. The community offers miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. For a fee, most homes and villas offer on-site private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf, tennis, and multiple dining options.
