Business services such as faxing, photocopying, and wireless internet are available free of charge. Items left in the home can be mailed back for a fee of $15.00 plus postage. No repairs, cleaning, washing or maintenance to any vehicle shall be carried out on the rental property. Public walkways are clearly marked; do not trespass through private property. The minimum age to rent a property is 25. Construction activity may cause noise, obstruction of view, or other nuisures, and no refunds or discounts will be given for such occurrences. The property has an elevator, and its use is at the guest's own risk. Children will not be allowed in or around the elevator unless accompanied by a guest or guest's designee.
