Multiple outdoor living areas include screened porches, a large deck, and a welcoming front porch, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Each of the three bedrooms offers comfortable accommodations, and the three full bathrooms add to the convenience for guests. Guests have access to the community pool, and the property is just a short walk from the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, and kayaks are available for rent, and grocery delivery can be arranged. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day, providing access to community pools, dining, tennis, and a golf course. Vehicle gate passes are required and cost $20 per vehicle, with a maximum of 3 vehicles allowed. DeBordieu Colony is a private oceanfront gated community located near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, situated between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. The community offers miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. For a fee, most homes and villas offer on-site private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf, tennis, and multiple dining options.
