This historic yet modernly renovated condo offers the ultimate home-away-from-home experience with unmatched hospitality. Relax in the spacious living room featuring a large upholstered sofa that pulls out into an additional bed, a flatscreen television with streaming and Live TV, and an inviting fireplace for cooler seasons. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gourmet gas range, convection oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and stackable washer and dryer. Granite countertops and essential kitchen tools make meal preparation a breeze. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four. The main bedroom features a king-sized bed with a television and generous closet, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be combined into a king-sized bed. The bathroom is spotless and includes plush towels and a starter supply of Nest bath products. We are a dog-friendly home with a pet fee of $59 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds, and additional fees may apply for violations. A workstation with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse is available for rent at $10.00 per day. Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested with at least 24-hour advance notice. The property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, and unlawful activities, with violations resulting in forfeiture of the entire reservation and potential additional fees. Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $500 penalty. The condo is accessible via a digital lock or lock box for convenient 24-7 self-check-in, and ample off-street parking is available next to the building. Includes a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse for rent, enabling business travelers to stay connected with ultra-fast Wi-Fi.
