A workstation with a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse is available for rent at $10.00 per day. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested with at least 24-hour advance notice. Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee. Dogs are welcome with a registration cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). If not registered, a $120 fee per dog applies. Additional fees may be charged for hair on furniture, excess hair, stains, damage, or waste. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. The property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities, with violations resulting in forfeiture of the entire reservation and possible additional fees. Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $500 penalty. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. The condo is accessible via a digital lock or lockbox for convenient 24-7 self-check-in. Includes a desk and ultra-fast Wi-Fi to enable business travelers to stay connected.
