The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four. The building has a shared patio with a grill, tables, and chairs. A workstation with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse is available for rent for $10.00 per day. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested with at least a 24-hour advance notice. Pets are permitted with a non-refundable fee, and you will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property. On-site parking is available. Located in historic Myers Park, Queens Road is the heart of Charlotte’s premier neighborhood, replete with wide sidewalks and towering oaks. This safe community is ideal for walking or jogging and is just a short stroll from multiple coffee shops and restaurants. Uptown Charlotte is only one mile away, providing easy access to iconic attractions and cultural destinations. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $500 penalty. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. The property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations will warrant forfeit of the entire reservation and may incur additional fees. Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee. A desk and ultra-fast Wi-Fi enable business travelers to stay plugged into their busy schedules. A workstation is available for rent during your stay, which includes a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse.
