Bathrooms include a full bathroom in the primary bedroom ensuite and another full bathroom. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for 7+ guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8+ guests. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. This lovely home is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. You will have the DFW Airport just 16.9 miles away, 27.3 miles to downtown Dallas, and 33.2 miles from the AT&T Stadium. For shopping, Grapevine Mills Mall is 15 miles away.
