The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. All linens and towels are provided, except pool towels. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of eight or more guests. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. Landscaping is done once a week. This lovely home is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, just 16.9 miles from DFW Airport, 27.3 miles to downtown Dallas, and 33.2 miles from the AT&T Stadium. For shopping, Grapevine Mills Mall is 15 miles away. The home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants, with a CVS just 0.9 miles away, the Colony Marketplace 1.2 miles away, and local Walmart or Target 2.2 miles away.
