Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 damage charge applies if any signs of smoking are found. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Damage to the home or its furnishings will be the guest's responsibility. Trash must be bagged and placed in provided bins, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal. Includes a work desk in the living room, ultra-fast WiFi, and the option to rent a workstation with a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. A laptop computer is not included.
