Bluetooth speakers, sound systems, and amplified music are prohibited at all times throughout the unit, hallways, and outdoor areas. This property is equipped with noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the unit, on balconies or patios, and in shared or public spaces. The unit is equipped with active smoke detectors. If a detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. We have zero tolerance for tampering with any in-unit devices, including smoke detectors, Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, or security equipment. The primary guest must complete a pre-check-in form that includes identity verification via a valid government-issued ID and a matching selfie. All guests staying in the unit must be included in the original reservation. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. All guests must complete our identity verification process prior to check-in. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old; guests aged 18–20 may stay with prior approval and a one-time $35 fee. Verification includes uploading a valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and a matching selfie. Failure to complete this process will result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. No warnings will be issued. This policy exists to protect the safety, comfort, and property of our guests, neighbors, and team. Mail or packages may not be delivered directly to the unit under any circumstances. We do not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Guests are encouraged to use Amazon Lockers, UPS Stores, or other local pickup locations to receive deliveries during their stay. We do not offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Guests must make independent arrangements for luggage storage if needed. Any early arrivals or late departures without prior approval will be considered trespassing and may result in fines or police involvement. All units are cleaned and turned over on the same day of guest checkout to accommodate incoming reservations. Guests must vacate the property by the agreed-upon checkout time.
