Situated in the historic Elizabeth neighborhood, this residence is conveniently located a few steps from Hawthorne Avenue, the heart of Charlotte’s healthcare district. Plaza Midwood and Uptown are a short ride away on the streetcar. This incredibly safe community provides an ideal place for walking or jogging and is just a short stroll from Charlotte’s most vibrant nightlife. Within a half-mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. The neighborhood is also home to many locally owned shops, including antiques, fine gifts, wines, and bespoke clothing. Just down the street is Independence Park, Charlotte’s oldest park, with miles of wide sidewalks, towering trees, a playground, picnic areas, and garden respites. Charlotte’s renowned greenway is less than a half-mile away, offering 30 miles of trails for biking, running, or walking. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are detected, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal. A workstation is available for rent during your stay, which includes a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. A laptop computer is not included.
