If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bed, and additional fees apply for any damage or excessive hair. A workstation is available for rent during your stay, including a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. Situated in the historic Elizabeth neighborhood, this condo is conveniently located a few steps from Hawthorne Avenue, the heart of Charlotte’s health care district. Plaza Midwood and Uptown are a short ride away on the streetcar. Within a half-mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. The neighborhood is pedestrian-friendly with tree-lined streets, beautiful parks, and vibrant nightlife. Independence Park and the renowned greenway are nearby, offering miles of trails for biking, running, or walking. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. A workstation is available for rent during your stay. Includes a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse.
