Situated in the historic Elizabeth neighborhood, this residence is conveniently located near Hawthorne Avenue, the heart of Charlotte’s health care district. Plaza Midwood and Uptown are a short ride away on the streetcar. The neighborhood offers a vibrant nightlife, with more than 40 locally owned restaurants and shops within walking distance. Enjoy the lush greenery of Independence Park and the nearby greenway, perfect for biking, running, or walking. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 damage charge will be incurred if signs of smoking are found. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated, the reservation may be canceled without a refund. Damage to the home or its furnishings will be the guest's responsibility. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal. A desk and ultra-fast Wi-Fi enable business travelers to stay connected.
