Dogs are welcome with a fee of $59 per dog, with a fee of $120 if unregistered, but no pets are allowed on furniture. Welcome to Elizabeth, Charlotte’s second-oldest streetcar suburb, known for its leafy streets, historic homes, and creative energy. The neighborhood offers the perfect blend of Southern heritage and urban vibrancy—walkable, tree-lined, and filled with locally owned gems. Walk two blocks to the Streetcar for easy access to Uptown, Plaza Midwood, and Novant Hospital, or explore nearby cafés, boutiques, and Independence Park—all just minutes from your door. Guests must be 21+ and ID verification is required. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. No smoking or parties are permitted, and a $500 fee will be assessed for violations. Only two dogs are allowed per stay unless otherwise approved. Air conditioning must remain between 72 and 75 degrees in the summer and 68-72 in the winter and on AUTO to help ensure it stays in good working condition during your stay. Keep doors and windows closed as much as possible. If dogs are brought, they must be kept off the furniture and owners must pick up after their pet.
