Community amenities include an oceanfront complex with direct beach access, a large heated lap pool open year-round, two relaxing hot tubs, four tennis courts, clubhouse and lounging areas, and outdoor showers for rinsing off sandy toes. For longer rentals of 30 days or more, the guest will be responsible for all gas and electricity charges over $200 per month or billing cycle. The bill will be provided to the guest and the excess will either be deducted from the deposit, billed, or charged to the credit card on file. For remote work, it is recommended to bring a hotspot as internet interruptions can occur.
