The bathroom features plush towels and a starter supply of Nest bath products. An en-suite washer and dryer are included for your convenience. For fitness enthusiasts, Charlotte’s biggest and best fitness center, the Dowd Y, is only five minutes away, offering cardio equipment, weights, group classes, and swimming. A 7-day pass is available for $50. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog with a maximum of two dogs allowed. A workstation is available for rent during your stay, including a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested with at least a 24-hour advance notice. Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, all guests must complete an ID verification and background screening upon booking. This rule is strictly enforced.
