You can also enjoy the close proximity to the Phoenix Zoo, Scottsdale Civic Center, Tempe Diablo Stadium, and Kiwanis Park. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds, with an additional pet fee. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Noise is proactively monitored with decibel sensors. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID and confirm their contact information. Guests must also pass through a verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
