The property is conveniently located only five minutes from downtown Mobile, and Dauphin Island is 45 minutes to the south. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking is not allowed, and any signs of smoking in or around the home will incur an automatic $500 damage charge, with the same charge applying if cigarette butts are found outside. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties and events are prohibited without prior approval. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.
